BOOK AN INITIAL CONSULTATION

We are pleased that you wish to schedule an initial consultation with Matrixvisa’s Director and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (IRCC) Cobus Kriek.

Initial Consultations are 1 hour meetings at CAD $200 per hour. We are responsible for the advice given, therefore you are required to sign an initial consultation agreement before we commence with a meeting.

HOW BOOK A CONSULTATION

Please do not book a meeting until such time as you have been invited to. If you book a meeting without being directed to do so (invited via email with meeting dates) no refunds will be offered. Matrixvisa must first complete a basic assessment to determine if a meeting is feasible.

Therefore, you should ONLY BOOK a meeting if:

  • you are an investor, or

  • you have completed the initial assessment, and

  • and you have been formally invited by email with meeting dates by a staff member from Matrixvisa

No refunds will be offered if a meeting is booked without invitation from a previous eligibly assessment

1. SIGN CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

  • Download & complete the initial consultation agreement in its entirety

  • Scan it and have it ready for your booking in step 2.

2. UPLOAD CONSULTATION AGREEMENT & BOOK

  • Fill in your contact information

  • Upload your agreement & Pay $200 (CAD).

Note: Initial consultations serve the purpose of providing general & relevant preliminary information and discussion of immigration options with interested individuals.
